Made some sawhorses from some old cedar deck boards in the summer, took a few hours, used http://lumberjocks.com/projects/16736 for inspiration. didn’t get his plan cause i was not using 2×4. instead i drew a quick sketch with a cadd program to get important angles. for the pivots i used screws which i will replace when they fail. same height as my table saw to use for out feed.
