Well, I’ve been making chilli this week, and I thought I needed a scoop just for chilli.
It’s carved out of a piece of maple firewood.
Very rustic, but thats what I wanted.
Fits my hand perfectly.

BigMig, I used my bandsaw to rough out the shape, then it was a gouges for the inside and chisels for the outside until I got the basic shape. After that it was rasps and then sandpaper.

It measures about 10” long and 4.5” across the bowl.

Very Nice Chili Scoop! I’ll bet the Chili it Scoops is great also!!

Chili would be a Nice Addition to your Lunch Time Menu at the “Cafe”!
