Decided to make a tool tote 32” long x 7” wide and came up with this.
The Maple ends were dominoed to the Maple bottom and the hickory sides.
It could be pecan as well as the person I purchased it from couldn’t remember.
A birch dowel from Lowes was used for the handle and it was finnished with Poly only.
The rest was Watco Danish Oil with Minwax and Jeld stain red, and then Minwax
poly was added.
Any and all comments are appreciated.

Looks good, the BE maple is really cool. It is one of my many favorites.

That is a nice looking box. In the day, all carpenters had a box that looked something like this one, but not this nice.

Looks good and I like the narrow size… I have made several tool totes like this and they are really fun to make. You can never have enough.
