Ran across this idea on the Internet. Not my original idea. My wife saw this and came up with the saying. This is Phase 1 of our library. Phase 2 and maybe 3 to come. Each letter is made out of 3/4” birch plywood, not the 13 ply, but a cheaper grade bought at a big box store. The front of each letter is trimmed with 1/2” Baltic birch plywood. The whole bookcase, 16 individual letters, once screwed together and attached to the wall, is trimmed out with 2x construction lumber that was run through the planner. The overall dimensions: 83” H x 83” W x 12” D.

^ “awesome” is a lesser word in my book. This is epic.

It’s interesting that you would highlight the word “is”. It adds a nice relief and emphasis.
Re-arrange the cubes to say “DOPE + WORK WINS GLEE”, if you like that sort of thing.
A very smart and smart looking project indeed.

Unique Idea. It would have been a GREAT DESIGN, if the layout was made symmetrical, like in a Crossword Puzzle.
