My first "Real" box

Lots of screw ups, mainly because I was building a bunch of jigs, would make a cut, then tweak the jig, then try to fix the box.. I now have a crosscut sled, a miter crosscut sled, a miter sled, and a miter spline jig; so all the screw-ups were worth it..
It’s Walnut and Cherry I do believe (small chunks from my inheritance, more detail on that in my blog)
Next up, Box jig with micro adjuster..

Box looks fine. More important is always that you grew skill wise with the piece.

DR, fine start. When making boxes most of the battle is getting the jigs made…a task you have already started. Some of the jigs in my blog might give you some other ideas to consider along with your own.
