That walnut looks amazing! What would you say are your best woods for turning calls? SO far I have used Maple, Hickory, and some mahogany.

The best woods are hardwoods. Some of the very best would include osage orange, maple, walnut, ebony, rosewoods, cocobola, bloodwood, african blackwood, along with synthetics like acrylic and delrin.
