My second box using this design. I figured it worked the first time so why not use the design again but with different wood.

Bandsaw box made from bolivian morando rosewood and plywood. Finished with a boiled linseed oil/wipe-on poly/mineral spirits mix and wax. The drawer is lined with black flocking.

6” x 4” x 3.5”

Yep, that design is a winner. I liked the first one and like this one even more. Haven’t heard of Morando before but it is beautiful.

That is one amazing design; you wouldn’t think plain ‘ole plywood would look that nice, but when you put it right next to rosewood….
Man, keep ‘em coming!

Good combination of timbers.

With this design you could almost do away with the handle?

great design and I love the way you hide the cut lines by incorporating them into the design.

I have really bean wanting to do a band saw box now I know what to do with my plywood scraps.

love your youtube site. I subscribed to that before I found this site. I want to make this, but I’m having trouble getting both sides of my brain to work. I see 5 pieces of 3/4 ply with 2 pieces of 3/8 rosewood, but my brain can’t get the dimensions with those measurements of 6” x 4” x 3-1/2”. Can you help
