ipe and oak high angle block plane

I use it almost exclusively for rough chamfering of shop projects. i use it alot on edges, but the ipe shows hardly any sign of wear.

Looks great to me. I have some ipe and plan to use it for a plae or two as well. It is amazingly hard wood and I’m not surprised it hasn’t shown much wear for you.
