Hey Fellow Lumber Jocks and Guests.

This is my latest creation I made for a SMSgt who is retiring. She contacted me through this site.
It proved to be quite a challenge, but the time and effort was worth it.

The top and shelf is made from birch plywood; the legs are made by 3×3 poplar blanks, and the body is made from layers of plywood venreer and solid birch.
The stain is Rust-Oleum American Walnut with several coats of wipe on poly.

Tanks for looking.

Interesting first view. The center appears deeper than the drawer would allow. Does it have a glass top?

Absolutely EXCELLENT! I sure wish you had been around when I retired. I really like the Challenge Coin drawer. That’s a fine piece of custom work!

Good looking table and the coin drawer is a great touch.

Have your say...
