Vanity Mirror/Desk

After checking the prices of make up desk I decided to make some for our three granddaughters. I stated by getting a medicine cabinet, this provided storage for hair spray, etc. Then i purchased a three light vanity bar. I added a dimmer switch to these. This is a nice feature, the girls love it. For stability i added a 4 X 4 for the base of the lights and mirror assembly. This attaches to the desk with lag screws from the bottom. The drawer is a full extension so the little items do not get lost in the back. For power i used a replacement cord wire that had the plug attached to it. Most supplies are available form the local BORG’S. The curling iron holder was bought on line. The costs do add up but they are much less than retail.
