This small wall sconce holds fresh cut or dried flowers. It is about 8 in. high and 2 in. wide and in the style of a Federal-period table leg. The oval inlay is made of sand-shaded holly and a dyed veneer, which I learned to make in a class taught by Steve Latta at the Marc Adams Woodworking School. The wood is cherry.
