I started this project a year ago and just finished it (almost). You might notice the window is installed incorrectly in the first pic. Well, I still need to finish off three walls inside and add a door latch, but its nearly done. Its tough to complete projects just working on weekends, evenings, holidays, and vacations. Further along than my other three projects. Someday. Anyways, enjoy.

Bruce,
This is a wonderful project that would be a dream come true for any child. I am sure that Lily enjoys playing in it.
Thanks for the post.

Great job, Bruce. I’m sure Lily is enjoying it, even though it isn’t finished.

A cute little house for Lily. I bet you’ve gotten paid with a lot of hugs, & kisses.
The size, counting the porch, looks to be about 8×8, am I correct?

Beautiful…I’m sure she’ll love it! I plan to do something similar for my oldest when she’s a bit older.

I really like the Gingerbread trim on it. Really adds that special touch. I’m sure Lily is going to love it and has already made plans on how to arrange the interior.

Thanks everybody. I think I had as much fun building it as Lily does playing in and around it!

Hi Bruce, I really like this playhouse. I’ve been tasked to build one this summer. I’m going to add to to my favorites for design ideas and inspiration. Thanks for posting it.
