A cracked bandsaw box for my wife. Out in California I could not pass up the chance to use some California redwood.

I’ve seen several renditions of the ‘cracked’ box but the redwood and the heart shaped pulls make yours a keeper. Is it finished in the pic? My redwood usually is a LOT darker with finish.

Must be that my ancient recycled redwood soaks up a lot more oil causing it to be darker?
