This Greene and Greene Hall Table was built custom for a customer here in Western North Carolina and they had seen and fell in love with this lady Suzanne Crane who make hand made tiles in the Arts and Craft style. They commissioned me to design and build this Greene and Greene table to compliment her work. It is made out of Sapele with a Dye stain and a lacquer finish that is hand rubbed . This was a lot of work and I am so glad to have been given this opportunity to showcase both talents.

Very nice interpretation of G&G style incorporating the Suzanne Crane tiles .

Brian – Are the tiles ceramic? Are they grouted into the wood? Beautiful piece.

I have always wanted to build a table (end, coffee, etc.) with tile inserts. Wow! Very well done, and what a great choice of tiles as well!
