This is a hutch i built for a lady i work with, Her husband had the lumber and he passed and she wanted something made out of it and this is what we came up with. I delivered it today and she loves it. The keepsake box was for her to keep some of his personal stuff in.

Wonderful story and wonderful piece. This must mean so much to the recipient.

Congratulations on a great job.

Is the upper hutch ship-lapped? It really sets the piece off and draws your eye. Thanks for sharing, and a hearty well done!
