A set of three shoji screens with a twist. Instead of traditional rice paper I used copper veneer. Basic frame design made out of pine and then painted black. I have been racking my brain trying to come up with something to fill this blank wall for about 6 years. I first saw the copper about 2 years ago and have been itching to use it ever since. Why it took me so long to put two and two together I will never know. Thanks for looking.

I think if i could see better I would adore this..i suspect the colors are wonderful. (I’m a poor photographer too)

I really like it also. I may try something aside from colored copper. A sheet will caust you an arm. :/ hope you don’t mind if I use this idea in a future project :)
