Pretty basic build except for the legs. Relief cuts every 1/4” to bend the 1/4 plywood fronts, then a 5/8” wide rabbet in the 3/4 plywood sides to accept them. Worked well. Top is solid Walnut with the bark removed. Does that qualify as “Live edge”?

If you only took bark off and didn’t cut it dimensionally it’s live edge. I figure if it was good enough for George Nakashima, it’s good enough for me. Looks like a great build. Hope when you made 5/8 cut that you actually had 3/4 in plywood. A bunch of the crap they sell now isn’t even proper thickness.

I like it! I can imagine this one being in my house… Oh crap, add another one to the big list of home projects lol. Looks great!
