This is a bowl I made from a holly blank. The wood is so white that I had a hard time photographing it. I finished this one with a foodsafe wax finish. Enjoy.

Beautiful. Those who have not worked with holly cannot really appreciate the stark whiteness of the wood unless they see it in person. You did a great job on this.

That is a great bowl. I have never worked with Holly. Is it all that white? How big does holly get?
How did you finish turning the bottom? With a jam chuck?.............Jim
