Very nice table, beautiful piece of furniture. How did you create the edging on the top?, interesting.

Thanks fellas. @Oldtool The edging on the top and the bottom five inches of the legs is created using a technique common to tobacco pipe makers called rustication. It can be done using a number of different techniques; I chose to use a Proxon rotary tool with two different sized round ball mills and then finally with a shop made hand tool consisting of a handle holding four different nails ground the slightly different sized sharp points. It is then all burnished with 0000 steel wool.
