Was inspired by another Jock’s project and decided to build my daughter a kitchen for her first birthday. It is 40”x40”. Managed to build the entire thing out of one 4×8 sheet of 3/4” plywood, a 4×4 1/8” sheet of hardboard and some scrap pieces of 1/2 inch ply (oven door, oven burners and cabinet door next to it.)
The face frame is made from big box 1×6 pine that I ripped into 1 1/2 strips and joined using pocket hole screws.
Sink is a real faucet I had in a junk bin, and the basin is a cheap-o dog dish epoxied into a hole I cut with the jig saw.
Knobs and hinges are store bought.

Very nice thing you did for your daughter Steve. It will probably provide a lifetime memory for her, later in life. Thanks for sharing.
