Crotch Honey Crotch Honey Crotch Honey Click the pictures to enlarge them

This is Honey Locust crotch wood. It measures 3.5” x 10.5” and is finished with a wipe-on poly. This was a tough one due to the varying densities of the wood. I never did get this piece completely balanced. Thanks for looking.

-- Depend on the rabbit's foot if you will, but remember it didn't work for the rabbit.

Gosh, I’m in tears that wood is so beautiful. Balanced? Bah. The perfection was already in the wood…and you’ve become it’s best friend…exceptional.

this is a wonderful bowl and from here I would never have thought that it was unbalanced ! Not to worry ….you are the only one that will ever know ; ) Practice makes perfect

That truly is beautiful wood. To think that it only has poly wiped on it. Amazing piece. Wood can really make us look good at what we do. Who cares that it’s not balanced.
