Solid ash bookcase

This bookcase I made out of ash wood. I also finished this just in polyurithane. The measurements are 48’’ t by 22’’ d. It was very heavy to move around. It was delivered to the same place the desk and chairs was delivered.

Looks great Nate. I like the look of Ash.
As more of our Ash trees are hit by the Ash borer we will see more Ash cut down and used much like the Chestnut was.

Nice job Nate. Ash is one of my favorite woods. I like to seal it with shellac and then spray clear water base topcoat. Gives it a very unique yellow/gold color.
