This project recently made for a co-worker who wanted to have a means of storing her spices and wanting to use some recllaimed material. Door frame is re-cycled from an old lawyer file cabinet found in an alley. The shelves were re-claimed material from an old antique dresser drawer. The case and back panel are not re-claimed. They are made of oak. Sheet metal was used for door panel allowing madgets to be used for attaching memos, pictures, etc. The shelves are centered so the cabinet can be inverted to allow door to hinge on the right.
