18” x 10” x 40”

This bench has about the perfect dimensions for using up one full standard plank from my hardwood supplier. This highly figured cherry was purchased many years ago. Finally making it into the sunlight.

I made a decision to use most of my special lumber before I look for more ‘wood candy’ because I tend to buy more than I use. Maybe I can cull my supplies with these.

I like everything about this stool. Love how you kept the grain flow on the legs and the cloud lift on the supports underneath the seat. Great job!

very nice work. Great details and it looks very sturdy. Good use of a nice piece of wood.

Good good. I like the term “wood candy”. A woodworker at a wood supplier is just like a kid in a candy store. I especially like the square dowels on top. Get it soaked in that sunlight before its gone! God bless.
