I designed three celtic clocks based on the idea of an Irish Tara Brooch. I scrolled the blanks from oak and carved in the detail. The brooch pin was carved from basswood. I’m not sure what the wood on the open knot clock was. I submitted the open knot clock into the Monroe Carving show last April and won second place.

Very nice—a genuine Celtic design from a true Irish lass. Welcome to LJ and looking forward to seeing more of your work.
