One of the two that I had to make. a lot of time put into the both of these. The only metal fasteners on these are the hinges and the knobs. Everything else is put together with some sort of woodworking joint. Any questions about them just ask! Enjoy!

Both units look great. Like you I think the lighter wood has the edge.
If that is a clamp in pic 4 I am very impressed. Just need to get one for my one car garage workshop! :-). Looks like you own / have access to a great shop.
