Hello Rembo
Another fantastic jig
Your jig make me some ideas for one of my future project
What do you think about using wheels of roller like some jigs for the woodturning ?
Thanks for sharing

Maybe I’m confused, but why do you need all seven of those rollers? Don’t you really only need three points to define the curve? I would think with more than three points, you would have a harder time aligning all the rollers along the curve edge and in the end would really only use the three closest points in any case… No?

more points of contact for better entry and exit. I now think how to fix a flexible band that would not have been failures.

looks like the one used to make slot cars wooden tracks
but they have ball bearings and 2 points only
if you wanna, seek google for “slot car router jig” and find some
