This is a 3”x4”block of burl from one of my favorite wood supply stores in Salt Lake City ‘MacBeath Hardwood’.
The Buffalo is a stylized rendition of a huge bul I saw in Yellowstone.
My work tends to be graphic/stylized and until recently has been NorthWest Coast style.
