great looking desk.this is funny i’m building one for my daughter that is the same design i just have to finish the top.hers is gonna be multi-colored.welcome to lumberjocks.

Thanks guys. Yes pocket holes and pine frame with Oak plywood top and veneer edging. Can’t wait to start joining this stuff with mortise and tenon but still aquiring the needed tools.

Great job! I really need to do a couple of projects in pine. It looks like an easy fun medium to work with. I am using some veneered ply in some projects, but prefer solid woods myself. Good job edging the oak ply.
