First frame is 1×8 cut out with router for a photo, rabbeted on back to accept glass and pic. Second frame is very simple 6” x 2” with a groove to accept plexi. Plexi was cut 6×8 1/2” and heated and bent in half. I made about 15 of these for kids on a hockey team with their name and # on them. I was originally thinking of making the first one but found this one to be much quicker, cheaper and just about as neat.

nice looking frames how did you bent the plexi glass?

At school we have a strip heater for it, after maybe 30 seconds you can bend the plastic just like a sandwich, once cooled it stays
