Hey LJ’s!
My name is Jeff, a new member here on this awesome forum. First off I want to thank all of you for posting such great projects and photos, and for the tool reviews as well. I have taken the plunge into woodworking, the last foray was in Jr High, 25 years ago or so!
I have since ordered a bunch of tools. My shop area will be about 25 feet square in my work warehouse (which is about 3000 square feet). I am building some walls to keep the dust and debris contained, I will post some shop pics later.
Recently I took a lathe class in Reno, NV – these are the results. The first is Paduk, the second English Walnut. I was the only one in the class, to I got to try out a few ‘extras’ like carbide tipped turning tools and burning wires – I had a blast! The turning bug has bitten me big time, I can’t wait until my Grizzly lathe arrives next week-
Any comments welcome.

Glad you joined Lumberjocks. Some fine looking pens. But watch, you won’t sell many! You will be giving them away as fast as you can make them. Thanks for sharing!
