... here it is … I am pleased to share with you “my” farm, an old project !

Inspired by the one designed by Fred & Julie Byrne, Issue 38-Spring 2010 – Scrollsaw Woodworking & Craft Magazine I started to scrollsaw the animals and the farmers. Mr and Mrs Farmer are compounded cut, first time I saw this way : great result.
Only, pine wood was used for all pieces. After carefull sanding, each piece was stained with children safe product and finished with a specific acrylic varnish for toys.

Stable, barn, henhouse will come soon.

Thank you very much.You brought me to my chilhood when I played with wooden animals like yours.Very nice toys.

I hope the children who play with this, get as much fun as you did when making it – so nice to see some traditional toys, rather than all the bells and whistles you can only buy today
