Very nice coop and run. The clear roofing material we could not use here in Hawaii…way to hot, but works great in our green house. I used metal roofing on top of plywood, but I added screen all around the top of the coop. I really like the way you built your run. How many chickens do you have? We started with 6 chicks and 4 of them turned out to be roosters….need more laying hens

LOL, I built it for a friend. They have five chicks and only one turn out to be a rooster. I would have done the same as you with the plywood on top but they wanted something to let more light through. They also wanted something that they could move in a year or two, so i made it a little lighter than I would have if it were long term. Thank you for taking a look…

Nice coop, although I’ll admit to not knowing anything about chickens or coops. Is that wire fencing strong enough to keep out alligators? Just kidding.
