Personally, I can’t help but really, really love this little masterpiece! It has all the charm and appeal that seems to allude me. As always, another great carving.

Very wonderful and loveable carving. Grandfather came from Odessa, Russia/Germany depending which war
was just over, and had a still down the basement in Medicine Hat, Canada and eastern Montana. He usually
wore shoes, but otherwise I think I recognize him.

Very cool. Did you use used Roger for model, but with a different hat on then??
Nice job on that carving!! I like it when you shoe the steps toward the final figure. That is a real art to get that detail!!

yes, I think that is Roger – especially the sly little grin. Another character full of personality.

Lidiya – I think I would much rather have one of your charming creations as my day-to-day companion than most of the men I have met in real life. They do not need as much cleaning up after for one thing :) – and for another, they never disagree with me!
