This project is from the June / July Woodcraft Mag . It’s a table saw cabinet meant for storing everything related to the TS . The plans called for more blade drawers which I thought 7 was enough for me so that give me one more big drawer . I made my cabinet a little bigger then the plans called for , mine is 20 ” W x 19 ” D x 27” H . I used 3/4 ” oak ply for the box and 1/2 ” ply for the drawers and the blade shelves are 1/4” MDF . All the faces are 3/4” oak . The top a double layer of 3/4” MDF with a Hardwood brand . Knobs are rosewood that I turned in the shaker style , or something close to it . Finish in GF PreCat WB Urethane .

This cabinet nests nicely under my table saw . I plan on using kaizen foam for the drawers to help organize them better .

Real nice job, I have recently made a cabinet for under my saw, unfortunately I wish I had the forsight to make those drawers for the saw blades, those are a real nice feature and keep the blades safe and right by the saw. I might have to look at my cabinet again, see if I can replace one of the drawers with blade carriers.

Well done and thanks for sharing

I wish I had done a cabinet like this for my TS instead of throwing stuff together. Nice work!

Very handy idea. I might have to ponder such a thing for myself. After all these years I’ve just used a shelf and pegs on the wall.

Thanks to everyone for the kind words , it’s a nice way to keep everything in one place . In my case I had it all over the shop . The plans called for 10 blade drawers , I thought that was to much for me so I was able to get another full size drawer in . Only thing I wish I did different was swap the drawer sizes , I don’t like the look of the bigger drawer on the top .

Bluekingfisher
You could probably swap a drawer out to make room for the blades . It is nice not having them stacked up like I did before .

Great job Jerry! Are all those small drawers for blades only?
