I’m having some trouble getting the seam to blend on these.Also had to stain them dark to get the color close to the real deal.They will make interesting conversation pieces.

Cigarillos are not usually banded. I am at some point going to try to make some waterslide decals and see how those look. It will have to be on a very smooth finish and they can then be personalized. Buying personalized cigar bands is too costly.kevin; the ash is a combination of whiteout, pencil lead and black ink. That and some carving to get the detail.BTW, don’t use a sharpie. It will eventually be evident that it is actually purple.
