This is red maple measuring 6” tall by 9” wide. It is finished with a wipe-on poly.

Beautiful Maple burl bowl, dang I miss turning. That really is a great piece of work. Have you ever tried Waterlox original then wipe on poly, really makes the grain pop. Just a suggestion. Of course thats beautiful w/o anything. mike

Mike, That’s a great Idea! I’ve been using Waterlox by itself. I’ll have to try the combo.
