I had a request for a childs rocking chair with vertical back slats so I did a lj search and pulled up a full size cedar rocker posted by jeffl that I have admired for months . I find his style of rocker and proportions just right for use with cedar. I tried to assimilate his style and proportions into this little guy by modifying my rockers frame to accomodate the slats and raising the back 2 inches.
Thanks for looking, thanks jeffl, and thanks to all ljs for all the great ideas

As usual, your work is always clean and beautiful. You do such a great job with cedar getting the white to highlight the piece.
