I had 2 speakerboxes from dutch brand JK, Johan Ketelaar. But didn’t really like the look of them (pic 6)
They were build in the 80’s 87 i think, and were known for the good quality sound.
I always wanted to make some floor standing speakers, and thought i strip the jk’s, and built something new..
To my suprise it sounds really good aswell! since i didn’t do any calculation.
Made from multiplex, mdf, and quarter round for the edges.
For isolation speaker foam, and thin floordamping underneath.
