here is a display I am working on for my daughters favorite quilt. Still have not made any final decision’s yet, the frame is just put together for initial fit to see the initial design in play. Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Looks like it is pretty good as it is. Have you thought about a dressing screen: what girl does not like to play dress-up?

Senior, I’d have to agree. A dressing screen would serve a more functional purpose than a hanging trophy display. BUT, you could do both. ( screen that hangs out of the way until needed)

Really nice frame. My wife and daughter have both made lots of hanging quilts. They are all over our house. Most of the time they want me to make a frame that hides behind the quilt. They just want the quilt to show.
It is great to see a frame with some beautiful walnut showing.
