Completed custom cutting board order for a customer in Hershey PA. Cutting boards are hard maple and are 1” thick with the smaller two being 18” round and the large one is 23” round. The pizza peel is 16” x 16” and the handle is an additional 16”.

That is the fanciest pizza peel I’ve ever seen! nice job on everything. Now are you going to get paid in chocolate? YUMMM!

I like the long handel on that Peel! They must have some nice ovens to use that in.

nice work! i assume the pizza peel will be used in the oven any certain type of glue us used to make it? I would like to make one myself have wondered about that.

Built using standard cutting board techniques. I know that it will go into the oven but hopefully not for long periods of time :)
