Latest finished project. Made a bill holder to organize our monthly bills. One day project. nothing really classy about it. Just one of many ongoing projects I do. Thanks for any comments in advance.
The scroll work was the most difficult because I did it after I finished the work. Decided late in the project to do it. Poor planing on my part. But I do that kinda thing to often.
A closer look at the contrast of wood. (Picture 3). I know that the darker wood is cherry. (that’s some of the wood my brother-in-law gave me. But the lighter wood I got off a pallet. No clue what it is. LOL

Very nice! I need one about 4 times this size because my wife never throws her junk mail away.

I have the same problem. I like to flirt with disaster by going through all that cra… about once a month and throw away 99% of it. Kinda like messin with bigfoot.

This is a nice project. Something we need to do a quick and easy project just to complete something. You did a good job with this.
Thanks for the post.
