This was my proto-type for this project. The Gears were a real PIA to layout & cut. I have since made a few of these w/ the gears being hard maple.

-- I have cut this board twice & now it's too short!!-Me-too many times.

Hey Woz, welcome to Lumberjocks. Man, 1 day on and 5 projects posted already. You are on a roll. This clock is really neat. I’ll bet cutting gears gets real tedious after a while. If that is a prototype, you’ll have to cut them all over again in maple!! Good luck…..............JIm

I love the look of this. I have wanted to try one but have thought it would be a PIA LOL, good to know I was right…. But very rewarding to finish I’m sure, it came out great.
