curve top box,made of maple from a big box store. ,,the stained one is red oak color. felt lined. 4 coats of spray lacquer ,wet sanded with 600 grit.. made 6 at once for christmas gifts for the guys in the family do you prefer the blonde or the readhead?

Definitely the blonde. If the wood becomes stressed the box will never know it. Now the redhead? you never know when it will explode on you. What angle did you use on the TS cut?

i had the template you see on the end. , on both sides ofthe piece. lined it up by eye.so, i couldn’t tell you the degree of angle.
the instructions also said to finish shaping by using a plane,since idon’t have a plane,i found that 120 grit in a ROS did the job in less than a minute once the rough shape was completed
