Made for the father of one of my best friends. This work is an honor to do. Sorry for the poor pictures.

Butternut and satin laquer. My favorite wood.

Thank all of you for the comments.

All angles are 45 degree. Much easier than the 22 1/2 of some designs. I like the looks of this style better. The next one I will dado in the glass and the back panel, instead of a rabbet for the back. Bottom is heald in with screws so the flag can be inserted from the bottom.
