Like many of you, I have the R4512 table saw. I built this folding outfeed table using hinged 2×4s for the struts, which rotate around dowels at the base and under the tabletop to fold up and down. The melamine tabletop has oversized miter tracks, but I left it removable to reduce wear on the back rail and allow for redesigns. Last pictures show the miter tracks.

Mrs. Dan….I’m sorry but you’re gonna have to park in the yard….Dan has himself a GENUINE out feed table! Well thought out Dan, good build. A thousand times over, you’ll be glad you built this.

I already am. I got tired of setting up and taking down rollers for long rips or sheet cuts. My only annoyance is that – because I lack a drill press – I couldn’t get the dowel holes in the struts at a perfect 90 degress, so it doesn’t fold down 100% flat. But it’s definitely good enough for now, and that’s an easy fix once I do have a drill press.
