Well, I started out with this large shipping container. I decided to put some wheels on it so I could move it around the Man Cave easily. Then I figured I could spruce it up a bit with some sanding, paint, add a shelf, and put some of my power tools in it for convenience, and finally a little counter material on the top.

That’s wonderful, you turned that crate into a great looking storage unit.

Thanks! I’m pretty happy with the way it turned out. I am thinking of adding a power strip on the outside to have a place to plug in power tools and then putting some pegs on the inside of the door for different blades and other accessories.

Mobile storage with a work surface on top. Great idea.
