My first end grain cutting board! This was an interesting project that came out surprisingly well. I was inspired to make this from one of my favorite online woodworkers Steve Ramsey. Good ‘ol mere mortal himself! Anyways, it’s simple cherry, walnut, and maple. I also took cues from Mark’s (say it softly…”the Whisssspererrrr”) cutting board video. I routed out finger recesses for ease of handling and rounded over the edges. I also installed little rubber feet to raise and stabilize the board on the counter.

I should have batched a few more out with this. I’ve gotten many request from family members! Thanks for looking!
