This table is the second piece of furniture that I made. It’s constructed from some rich colored cherry that I believe came from Missouri. I do not recall the particular dimensions from when I made it…but it fits well where I put it. It was originally intended to be a wedding/house warming gift for a friend. Unfortunately plans fell through and I ended up keeping it for my home.
I’m not sure of the style this table may emulate. The legs are gently tapered and are affixed to the aprons via mortise and loose tenon. It’s finished with tung oil and has darkened beautifully over the last year. The only “problem” is now my better half wants a new…well everything made like this!

Great job. I like the arched aprons and beveled edge. Very graceful. I bet alot of us wished our better halfs felt the same way yours does, that equals more time in the shop! Jerry
