I picked up a couple of Yew blanks last week. This is the first one. I love the grain in it.
It is sanded and polished with its own shavings as a finish. No waxes or oils were used.

You are getting good with your chisels, that is a great finish with just the tools and the shavings.

Yew did a nice job of this one ! I’d still put some oil on it and it might “pop” even further !
